At Suburban Nails & Beauty our utmost priority is the safety and experience of our clients and staff.
Anyone behaving inappropriately or causes safety concerns to our clients and/or staff will be asked to leave or be refused service
We pride ourselves in delivering a quality customer experience for all. After every treatment, our technicians will ask the client if they are happy with their service before payments are made.
However if at any time a client leaves the salon and is unsatisfied later, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team immediately, so we are able to rectify the issue.
There are no refunds on our services.
Please redeem any valid Gift Certificates before the expiration date, expired vouchers will not be honoured.
It is crucial that all nail enhancement treatments are maintained every 3-4 weeks, this will help avoid any nail-lifting, moisture build-ups leading to nail fungal and any additional nail-repair costs. If a new set is required, our technician will advise on the best way to solve your issue.
Bookings are subject to confirmation. We may request a deposit to secure any appointments,this is done at our discretion.
